Terms and Conditions

Apply to the party accepting the contract which includes the created artwork, graphical representations produced, computer-generated visualizations, computer-generated design / text, photographic and videographic documentation, and other materials produced by Plexus 2D/3D Legal Demonstratives. Client and/or their representative, agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions hereof.

Estimates

Plexus will provide a cost estimate to the Client for signature prior to the start of the project. Estimates are exclusive of State and sales taxes and delivery charges. Revisions and/or additions to the project and the resulting time-related labor and materials which will be required for the project's completion will affect final billing.

Advance Payment

Client agrees that services will only commence when receipt of an advance payment and written authorization to proceed has been received. The advance fee shall be a percentage of the estimated fees for the contracted project.

Subsequent Payments

Payments shall be made pursuant to the negotiated payment schedule. In the event the Client does not adhere to the payment schedule set forth, all work shall cease until payment is received. Plexus will provide the Client with an itemized statement of estimated costs for the proposed project.

Terms of Payment

Client agrees to pay the final balance upon the project's completion and delivery. Payment is to be received on a C.O.D. basis unless a payment plan has been structured and agreed to, in writing. Pricing and delivery is based on ³standard² turnaround times. The Client agrees to rush charges as applicable.

Cancellation

If Client cancels the project or service at any time for any reason, Plexus 2D/3D Demonstratives shall be entitled to payment for all production completed up to the time of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, all preliminary and final proofs remain the property of Plexus and shall be returned.
